In many homes, parents have members of the family take turns doing different jobs. They either switch jobs daily or weekly. Today we’ll be talking about the 6 reasons to STOP frequent job rotations. We’ll talk about how giving family members the same job for an entire year significantly decreases stress in the home, does a better job teaching work ethic, and helps prevent parents from getting burned out.
